ICON Scholars
ICON Scholars Program is a rigorous academic post-secondary preparatory program that focuses on bolstering the knowledge, skills and experiences required to compete at top universities in Canada and abroad.
The program includes:
saturday support
Strengthen core competences learned throughout the school year with additional training in emerging trends and civic engagement and volunteer opportunities
annual summer enrichment
Attend a 4-week summer program designed to offer new experiences and job-shadowing in your career of interest including Finance/Business and Technology.
university prep
Receive dedicated coaching as you prepare for university including career exploration, SAT Prep for US-bound students and application support.
ICON Careers
ICON Careers Program is an internship program for high-potential university/college students in traditionally underrepresented sectors and industries. Through workshops and networking events, the Careers Program prepares students in 3rd and 4th year for fast track entry-level positions in top organizations.
The program includes:
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Work with a dedicated coach to explore your personal and professional goals, devise a plan of action and execute accordingly
WORKSHOPS
Attend workshops, seminars and training sessions facilitated by ICON staff as well as Partner Organizations including our week long pre-internship training
NETWORKING
Through formal and informal networking events meet with hiring managers and executives in leading organizations
ICON Leaders
ICON Leaders Program is a leadership development and internship program for mid-careerists and MBA students. The MBA Stream prepares young professionals for successful application to top business schools. The Leadership Stream supports mid-careerists with rounding out their knowledge and experience to assume management/leadership opportunities in top companies.
The program includes:
MBA prep
Attend business school information sessions; GMAT, essay writing and interview preparation workshops; and application workshops led by business school admission officers.

Attend in-depth skill-building workshops delivered by ICON’s corporate partners; and leadership development curriculum delivered by ICON staff and business school professors.
